When it happens

Creating a draft with two verified addresses when one is outside the states Reeds serves, or when there is no road route between them. A quote returns this as a reason with available: false instead of an error.

A quote returns this code as reason.code in a 200 response with available: false. That is not an error: leave Reeds out of that checkout. See Quotes.

How to fix it

1. Check the address's serviceable field, and GET /coverage for the states Reeds serves.
2. Offer your customer another courier for this address.
