CREDIT_LIMIT_REACHED

When it happens

Invoice accounts only: what the account owes (unbilled deliveries plus unpaid invoices) plus this delivery would exceed the credit limit.

How to fix it

1. Pay the issued invoice, or ask Reeds to raise the limit, then retry with the same Idempotency-Key.
2. Check credit.available on GET /wallet before busy periods.
