IDEMPOTENCY_KEY_REQUIRED

When it happens

POST /deliveries, POST /deliveries/{id}/book, POST /deliveries/{id}/cancel or POST /wallet/fund arrived without an Idempotency-Key header.

How to fix it

1. Add an Idempotency-Key header that identifies this attempt, for example order-10045-delivery-1.
2. Reuse the same key when you retry the same request.
