IP_NOT_ALLOWED

This IP address is not on the live allowlist

When it happens

The account has turned on the optional live IP allowlist, and a live token was used from an IP address that is not on it. Test tokens are never restricted. The response names the address Reeds saw.

How to fix it

  1. Check which IP address your servers call Reeds from. It is the one named in the message.
  2. Add it in the dashboard, under Developers, in Live mode. The change takes effect within a minute.
  3. If the address is not one of yours, the allowlist did its job. Do not add it, and consider rotating the secret.
