When it happens

The package description names something Reeds does not carry: cash or money, weapons or ammunition, drugs, hazardous goods (petrol and other fuels, gas cylinders, explosives, chemicals) or perishable food (raw or frozen meat and fish, seafood, ice cream). The message names the category. The check reads the description, so an allowed item described with one of these words can be refused.

How to fix it

1. Don't send prohibited items through Reeds.
2. If the item is allowed, describe it more precisely (for example "glue gun", not "gun"), or contact Reeds support.
