QUOTE_ALREADY_USED

When it happens

A quote books exactly one delivery, and this one already has. error.delivery_id is the delivery this quote booked.

How to fix it

1. If you were retrying a booking, use the delivery in error.delivery_id: it is yours, and it was charged once.
2. To book another delivery on the same route, get a new quote.
