When it happens

The request had no Authorization: Bearer header, the token was malformed, or the secret that issued it was revoked.

How to fix it

1. Get a token from POST /oauth/token with your client id and secret, and send it as Authorization: Bearer <token>.
2. Check you are using credentials for the mode you expect: test and live credentials are separate.
3. If a secret was revoked, create a new one in Dashboard → Developers.
